He has a younger brother, Loras, and lived with their both parents in the quite poor districts of Limsa Lominsa.
The both brothers did manual works, especially tanning with their mother, but Arsene was not very serious and liked seducing young girls of his age.

Appearance and personality

Arsene is a Miqo'te who has a red, short and ruffled hair with yellow strands. He often wears a wooden mask but it hides a regular face embellished by a rose crossed by a little scar.
He wears outfits matching with his hair ; yellow or red, decorated by some little jewels.
He is very tall ; about 2,07 meters, and possesses a long and fluffy tail.
Arsene is born under the protection of Azeyma, and has a special personality. Indeed, Arsene is very extrovert and loves talking with the young girls he encounters to charm them. That's why he particularly enjoys the Valention feast : it's the best moment to send love letters and seduce women who will be more open.
This obsessing seduction hides his lack of affection, and a strong desire to live in couple (whatever kind of couple it may be, I didn't decide yet lol).
He also uses his talkative side to catch as much informations as possible, even manipulating people a bit in order to get them.
When Arsene is alone, he could look quite mysterious though, staying in the shadows like a ninja hiding himself and very discreet.

Arsene est un miqo'te aux cheveux rouges à mèches jaunes, qu'il porte courts et ébouriffés. Il porte souvent un masque en bois mais ce dernier camoufle un visage régulier, décoré d'une rose traversée par une petite cicatrice.
Il porte souvent des tenues accordées à ses cheveux ; rouges ou jaunes, ornées de quelques petits bijoux.
Il est très grand ; environ 2,07 mètres, et possède une longue queue touffue.
Arsene est né sous la protection d'Azeyma, et a un caractère un peu particulier. En effet, Arsene est très extraverti et adore parler avec les jeunes filles qu'il croise pour les charmer. C'est pourquoi il profite en particulier de la fête de la Valention : c'est le moment parfait pour envoyer des lettres d'amour et charmer les femmes qui y seront plus ouvertes.
Cette séduction obsessionnelle cache son manque d'affection, mais aussi un profond désir de vivre en couple (peu importe le type de couple, je n'ai pas encore décidé mdr).
Il utilise aussi son côté bavard pour obtenir autant d'informations que possible, et manipule même un peu les gens afin de parvenir à ses fins.
Lorsqu'Arsene est seul, il peut cependant paraître assez mystérieux, restant dans l'ombre tel un ninja qui se cache, et très discret.

Arsene has a younger brother, Loras, and lived with their both parents in the quite poor districts of Limsa Lominsa.
The both brothers did manual works, especially tanning with their mother, but Arsene was not very serious and liked seducing young girls of his age.
But at the age of 15, Loras has been kidnapped by a group of pirates, and as he wasn't able to rescue him, he has sworn to train himself to fight and to survive in order to become able to protect his own family.

Arsène vivait avec ses deux parents et son petit frère, Loras, dans les quartiers pauvres de Limsa Lominsa.
Les deux frères faisaient des travaux manuels, en particulier le tannage du cuir en compagnie de leur mère.
Mais alors qu'il avait 15 ans, Loras a été kidnappé par une bande de pirates, et n'étant pas capable de le sauver, Arsene a juré de s'entraîner au combat et à la survie afin de pouvoir, un jour, protéger sa propre famille.
